Martin, I sometimes wonder whats happening with life, but I've just noticed I've been promoted and missed it.
If anyone noticed and congratulated me then please say thanks as I missed it all somehow.

Yes it dose look as if your promotion did slip through.
As you know i used to keep a close eye on promotions and congratulate each one.

Now all promotions appear in the 'Recent Promotions' section at the bottom of the Home Page.

Altho it is a little late I would like to congratulate you on your promotion to Rear Admiral.
